The purpose of the Leadership Conference is to help Elite BSC members lead and grow their businesses with practical, role-specific insights they can really use.
Who Should Attend?
This conference is designed for company owners and key leaders in operations, finance and admin, HR, and sales—and features interactive breakout sessions built around the real challenges each role faces.
Along the way, there’s plenty of time to connect with others who share similar interests, whether it’s technology, growth stage, or region.
Most of all, it’s a chance to strengthen the sense of community that makes being part of Elite BSC so valuable.
Registration
Early Bird Registration: $499/person through August 31st, 2025
Standard Registration: $599/person after August 31st, 2025
Conference registration includes the reception on the 6th , snacks, lunch and dinner on the 7th , and conference materials.

Breakout sessions will be tailored to specific leadership roles, including operations, human resources, finance/administration, and business development/sales.
In addition, three sessions will be designed specifically for company owners. A detailed list of breakout topics will be shared in the coming weeks.
