We all want to grow our janitorial businesses, and for some of us, this requires us to create new branch offices in new cities. My company has created 3 new branch offices and is working on our fourth. These branches act as independent offices, run as if they were independent little businesses. While they are tied to the company as a whole, they have a great degree of autonomy.
